He successfully raised $60 million in capital and debt both locally and internationally, with over 200 shareholders ranging from institutional to small investors.

• Creating Employment and Impact: Under his leadership, more than 600 jobs were created, and his ventures served over 100,000 clients. His contributions included paying 32 billion Guaraníes in taxes, showcasing his commitment to the economic development of Paraguay.

•  Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)  and  Contributions: Luis was one of the founders and promoters of BICSA, Paraguay's first positive credit information bureau in partnership with Experian from the UK. He also played a crucial role in the Paraguayan Creditors Chamber (CRECER) and the Angel Investment Network Paraguay, demonstrating his passion for fostering innovation and entrepreneurship in the country.
